30-Day Return Policy (Important for US Customers Only)This return policy was developed by Zerowasty shop to make it simple for customers to return items inside the United States. Please be aware that you have 30 days starting from the day you received your order to start a return. We regret to tell you that refunds beyond 30 days will not be accepted.

Return Policy

You may return your item if one or more of the following circumstances apply:

  • The package did not match your order and was delivered incorrectly.
  • The item was ripped or dirty during delivery, for example.
  • The order does not come in the size, color, or style that you requested.
  • other mistakes that we made.

Please get in touch with us by email or on our website if the item you got fits into any of the aforementioned categories. Include your order number and pictures showing the faults. Once the problem is confirmed to be true, we will start the refund process or swap the item.

Reminder: Items can only be returned if they are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when they were first delivered.

Refunds Policy

We will execute your return within 5 business days of confirming that your item is eligible for a refund (see terms in the RETURN POLICY). The original credit card or other payment method that was used to place the order will get a credit for the refund. A refund will be given in the same way it was received because it reverses your payment. The quickest and safest return procedure is guaranteed with this option. Shipping fees are not refundable, so please be aware of that. The return shipping fees will be subtracted from your refund if you get one.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please take the following actions if you haven’t already gotten your refund:

  1. Verify your bank account once more.
  2. There can be a processing delay; get in touch with your credit card provider.
  3. Speak with your bank because they could need more time for processing.

Exchanges

Before being sent to you, all of our items go through a comprehensive quality control inspection. However, in the unlikely event that you have any of the following problems when you open your box, kindly inform us by snapping a photo and sending it to us immediately through email along with your purchase number:

  • Your order was not fulfilled by the box you got.
  • Damage, such as ripping or soiling, happened during delivery.
  • The order does not come in the size, color, or style that you requested.
  • other mistakes that we made.

After we have confirmed the problem, we will immediately send you a replacement item.
